In order to have the most successful outcomes of our Onsite Support visits, we wanted to remind you that we require a customer staff member to be with us when we are onsite. That person can help identify various work flow and software items for us, and can help us test those items when we are done troubleshooting, resolving and remediating issues, or installing a new piece of hardware or software.
That will help us all feel more comfortable about you being able to work and be productive when we are done. We are also pretty sure that our respective insurance companies would prefer that a representative from your organization was onsite with us.
When scheduling with you, we will verify that one of your staff members will be available the entire time we are onsite. Note that some scheduling may be delayed if no staff member is available, and if a staff member who is onsite with us has to leave, then we will have to reschedule to come out again when a staff member is available.
